Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. Some specialty, oversized, custom, or high-demand items may require additional transit time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
